Terms of service

By creating an account or using Mappi, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are short and written to be understood.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts may not be shared, sold or used to impersonate another person or business.

Job listings and applications

Employers must post only genuine, currently open positions, with honest descriptions and lawful requirements. Listings must be confirmed periodically or they expire. Discriminatory, misleading or fee-charging listings are prohibited and will be removed. Candidates must submit truthful profiles and resumes.

Payments

Paid products (listings, credit bundles, featured boosts, subscriptions) are billed at the prices shown at checkout. Job credits are valid for the period stated at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees for consumed services are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape the platform, send spam, harass other users, post unlawful content, or attempt to bypass security or verification measures. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or put other users at risk.

Liability

Mappi is a platform that connects candidates and employers; we are not a party to any employment relationship, and we do not guarantee interviews, hires or the conduct of other users. The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. If you have a problem with another user, report it — we review every report.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will notify you before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
