We collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, profile details (skills, experience, location, salary preferences), resumes you upload, messages you send, and job listings you post. We also collect technical data such as device information, approximate location and usage events that help us keep the service secure and improve search results.

How we use it

Your information is used to operate the platform: showing relevant jobs near you, sending applications to employers, computing match scores, sending notifications you have opted into, processing payments, and preventing fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

Who can see your profile

You control your profile visibility. By default it is private; you may make it visible to employers you apply to, or to all verified employers. Resumes are only shared with employers when you apply to their listings.

Retention and your rights

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may access, correct, export or delete your personal information at any time from your account settings, or by contacting our support team. When you delete your account, your profile and resumes are removed from active systems.
